I think people that were worried Antonio Brown was going to change now that he’s on a new team can rest easy, because AB showed up to camp with a new outrageous vehicle to go with a new slogan (I am secretly hoping Antonio Brown tries to steal float like a butterfly, sting like a bee and pass it off as his own Michael Scott style)
Anyway, I think we remember that last year AB showed up to training camp in a helicopter
And two years ago he showed up in a Rolls Royce Phantom driven by a fucking chauffeur
So you knewwwwww Antonio was going to bring the thunder now that he has a fat new contract, the Hard Knocks cameras are following his every move, and he now plays for the most preposterous franchise in the NATIONAL. FOOTBALL. LEAGUE.
I personally thought Antonio was going to go bigger
But looking back, AB clearly knew that you have to save the next level ridiculous vehicle for the arrival in Las Vegas. You can always arrive to camp in a private jet. There is no shortage of people you can pay to ride in Nevada. Sailing in on a pirate ship is a little tougher in the middle of the desert compared to the bay, but there are plenty of manmade fountains. And if Area 51 is breached in 2 months, the street price for a UFO rental will drop drastically. However, arriving to your first day of work at a new company by taking a hot air balloon tour over Napa just to remind everyone exactly how rich you are is once in a lifetime stuff. And I know somewhere Al Davis is smiling with an all white jumpsuit on at all this because it means the old school “Drag Your Nuts On Everybody” Raiders are back, which is good for the NFL even if it’s not necessarily good for the Raiders.
